Philly Properties is a locally owned and family-managed company. We have lived in Island Park year-round for over 20 years. Our family loves the outdoors in any season. From snowmobiling in the winter months to rzr riding, and boating in the summer months. We participate in several community activities, as well as sponsor a few of our own.

We moved to Island Park in 1999 and have been full time residents ever since. We enjoy everything that Island Park has to offer, and being in the great outdoors. We both were born and raised in a small town in southeastern Idaho. Growing up on our family’s farms we learned at a young age working hard was the way of life. Owning Philly Properties, and a few other local businesses we stick together working hard as a family. Our daughter HB was born a few years later, and has been raised along our side while we worked in our various fields. She always loved being in the office surrounded by all our family and friends. The Phillips Family & Heather Fairchild strive’s to offer the best service around! Our guests having a worry free vacation is our # 1 goal! Our Team is “Simply the Best”

My name is HB and I was born and raised in Island Park. I enjoy living here as I love to be outdoors as much as I can snowmobiling, swimming, boating, and rzr riding. I currently go to school in West Yellowstone where I play Volleyball. I have been a volunteer in our community helping with local events since I was little girl. Over all life up here in IP is pretty cool. I’m lucky to live here!
